About Us

Flourish is made up of two incredibly talented bakers. Sarah Davis & danielle burns.

Sarah Davis

Being a born and raised Idahoan, Sarah loves all things outdoors. She loves seeking adventures and trying new things with her daughter alongside her. One of their favorite activities to do together is paddle boarding in the summer.

Sarah’s love of baking came from watching endless amounts of The Food Network. She decided to take a journey to San Diego, CA where she attended The Art Institute for Baking & Pastry. After receiving her associates degree in 2012 she found her way back to Boise where she spent her time working in various restaurants.

With over 10 years of baking experience she has used her knowledge and expertise towards her life goal of owning a bakery.

Danielle Burns

A homegrown potato, Danielle loves rock hounding and cross stitching. She is a video gaming enthusiast who built her own PC. Her Siberian Husky Nova keeps her pretty busy with being at the dog park or walks.

Danielle’s baking journey started at a young age, while both of her grandmas were passionate about food. She decided to attend Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, OR. Finishing her degree in 2012 she moved back to Idaho where she began her baking career.

Danielle also attended BSU where she got her associates degree in Science.
